Stages of Change
In week 1, we discovered our reasons to change our behavior, our “why.” Doing so placed us in the contemplation stage of change. As we progress, we’ll experience other thoughts and feelings that move us through and around the other stages.
Sometimes we’ll move forward. Other times we’ll move backwards, usually to make improvements that will allow us to move forward again, with more confidence.
As you make plan, get support from those in your environment, set limits and boundaries, and visualize yourself free from whatever is holding you back, just remember every effort nudges you towards your goals.
You’re doing well, even when you think you’re not. Keep trying.
